Artists Need Freedom, Even Escape Artists.

At Chimfunshi we pride ourselves on insuring the chimps we rescue can leave their horror behind — into a future of climbing, leaping, and playing in huge forested enclosures. For four crazy clever chimps escaping became an art form. For too long they have been in an enclosure, while healthy and clean, it simply doesn’t give them the freedom they deserve. Now their safety relies on your help. Your donation makes a secure 25-acre forested enclosure a reality.

The ‘Escape Artists’ Enclosure Campaign

One word epitomizes the spirit and the need for the Escape Artist Campaign — Milla. Dr Jane Goodall brought Milla to the freedom of Chimfunshi after rescuing her from 17 years in a bar. Clever beyond imagination, Milla and her three companions escape from everything, chimpanzee Houdinis! But this new enclosure will give them the forest freedom all Chimfunshi chimps have and deserve, but with the security they need. Give NOW to get their new life started and click here to find out more about how we are insuring their future.
